Jashan-e-Punjab Live in Concert
1. General Terms
- 1.1. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all ticket holders attending the Punjabi Musical Concert ("Jashan-e-Punjab") organized by Ritzi Collections and Asian Foodland ("Organizer").
- 1.2. By purchasing a ticket or attending the Event, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Tickets
- 2.1. Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- 2.2. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.
- 2.3. Entry to the Event is granted only upon presentation of a valid ticket.
3. Entry and Admission
- 3.1. Doors will open at 5 PM, and the Event will commence at 6:00 PM. Latecomers may be admitted at the discretion of the Organizer.
- 3.2. Attendees must carry a valid government-issued ID along with their ticket for verification.
- 3.3. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission to any individual without providing a reason.
- 3.4. No re-entry is permitted after leaving the venue.
- 3.5. All attendees, including their belongings (e.g., bags, purses, and other items), are subject to mandatory security checks before entering the venue.
- 3.6. No outside food or drinks are allowed inside the venue.
4. Venue Rules
- 4.1. Attendees must comply with all rules and regulations of the venue, including but not limited to security screenings and restrictions on prohibited items.
- 4.2. Prohibited items include but are not limited to:
- - Weapons, sharp objects, or hazardous materials
- - Alcohol, drugs, or other illegal substances
- - Professional cameras or recording equipment
- - Outside food or beverages
- 4.3. Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited inside the venue.
5. Age Restrictions
- 5.1. This Event is open to all ages. However, children under [Age] must be accompanied by an adult.
- 5.2. Attendees under 14 years will not be permitted to enter without a guardian.
6. Conduct
- 6.1. Attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner.
- 6.2. Disorderly behavior, including but not limited to violence, harassment, or excessive intoxication, will result in immediate removal from the venue without a refund.
7. Media and Recordings
- 7.1. The Event may be recorded or photographed for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of your likeness in such materials.
- 7.2. Attendees are not permitted to record or broadcast the Event without prior written permission from the Organizer.
8. Health and Safety
- 8.1. Attendees must follow all health and safety guidelines, including COVID-19 protocols, if applicable.
- 8.2. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone showing symptoms of illness.
9. Liability
- 9.1. The Organizer and venue are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property incurred during the Event unless caused by negligence.
- 9.2. Attendees participate in the Event at their own risk.
10. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- 10.1. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or make changes to the Event due to unforeseen circumstances.
11. Governing Law
- 11.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada and any disputes will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of Kitchener Waterloo Region.
By purchasing a ticket and attending the Event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
